1. How is the need being established?
The local Sai teams in the impacted areas are working on-the-ground and alongside other organizations, to find out the various needs.
2. Why can't we collect the items from regular stores and ship to these locations?
Some items can be purchased from regular stores and delivered to the locations, if so desired by the contributing member. However, certain items have to be purchased online and shipped directly to locations. This approach is preferred due to its speed and cost-effectiveness. 3. Can I send money to the people in need, instead of purchasing these items?
This is not the site to do so. Participants interested in such donations should contact the Sathya Sai Society of America, which will in turn re-direct these contributions to the impacted Sai teams for use in local relief projects.
4. Can we trust these online stores where we are ordering the items? Is it safe to use my credit card in these websites?
Only trustworthy and secure websites that offer best price/shipping options are recommended for purchasing these items. These online stores were checked for security certificates such as Verisign, McAfee Secure, Comodo etc. It is safe to use credit cards in these websites. Should you have any apprehension about using a credit card, options like "Paypal" are available for payment in most of these online stores.
5. I have purchased an item and shipped to the location as per the instructions. What do I do now?

6. I pledged an item but as I am about
to purchase it, I find it is out-of-stock. What do I do?
The website provided on the item page is the suggested place to purchase the respective item. However, if you find the item is out of stock, please let us know so that we can look for an alternative and provide that to you. You may also yourself search for another comparable (in quality and price) item in the above website or elsewhere, and order the same if you find any. If so, please share that link with us so that we can update it on the other similar items.
7. I pledged for multiple Sets of the same item. Can I order them together in the same Order? Or should I order them separately?
You may order them together in the same Order.
8. I saw the item I pledged, for a more competitive price on another website. Can I order it from there instead?
Yes you may. However, please ensure that the quality of the product
is on par with the current suggested product. Furthermore, please share the link with us so that we can update it
on this item and other similar items.
